Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) is a form of dementia that mainly affects the parts of the brain that process visual and spatial information.

This illustrated book of poetry has been created by two people living with PCA, Martina and Michael, with the objective to be a user-friendly read, based on real-life experiences of PCA, showing that a PCA diagnosis does not mean that you are the odd one out.

It is hoped that the book will will help raise awareness of this rare form of dementia. It will also be an assistive read for both people living with PCA and those or caring for someone with the condition. Finally, the authors hope that this little piece of work brings some laughter, hope, positivity and understanding to anyone who reads it.
