Return and Voucher Refunds - A Letter in Mind ("ALIM") - 2026
Effective Date: March 16, 2026
Thank you for buying artwork from The National Brain Appeal ALIM. This document governs all returns of the artwork to The National Brain Appeal (“TNBA”). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of the artwork, we invite you to carefully review this Return and Voucher Refund Policy. TNBA reserves the right to modify this Return and Voucher Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction.
Artwork is sold without disclosure of the artist’s identity at the point of purchase. We make every effort to present artwork accurately, including providing images, dimensions and details of the medium. However, colours, scale and appearance may vary slightly when viewed in person due to screen settings and the nature of original artworks. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these factors as part of the ALIM concept, and they do not constitute grounds for return or refund.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Voucher Refund Policy we establish the following definitions:
“Product(s)” means all artwork sold at ALIM 2026
“Customer” means all customers that purchase from the ALIM 2026
“Us” refers to the TNBA, 3rd floor, Ormond House, 26/27 Boswell St, London WC1N 3JZ
"Voucher Refund" means a voucher for the sale cost of the Product(s) that can be used at a future ALIM
“You” refers to the individual buying our ALIM artwork
What's The National Brain Appeal Return and Voucher Refund Policy?
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Once a Product has been purchased, TNBA does not accept returns and does not provide refunds, exchanges, or vouchers.
Customers are encouraged to review all available information about the artwork prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

Shipping it back
Customers may choose to return Product(s) to TNBA; however, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or vouchers will be issued for returned items.
If a Customer decides to return a Product, they are responsible for all costs and risks associated with shipping the Product(s). TNBA recommends using a reliable shipping service with tracking.
