Our Christmas tree tags offer supporters a meaningful way to remember a loved one or express thanks to the incredible staff at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.

Tags are available for a suggested donation of £5. Simply purchase your tag and email your message (approximately 40 words) along with your name to us.

Please note that the last date that we can complete and hang tags is Friday 20 December.

All tags will be beautifully displayed on the Christmas tree in the hospital's foyer. Your contribution will help us spread warmth and appreciation this festive season.
